2. Website access and hosting
The site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Inhaber René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When the site is requested, technical connection data can be processed in server logs, including the IP address, date and time, requested resource, access status, transferred data volume, referring page, browser and operating-system information.
This processing is necessary to deliver the website and to protect its stability and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are secure, reliable website operation and the investigation of technical faults or misuse. Log data are retained only for as long as they are needed for those purposes or to meet a legal obligation, and are then deleted or anonymized.
3. Cookies, tracking and external content
The public Kalila Merch pages do not set cookies, use browser storage, run analytics or advertising trackers, load external fonts, or embed third-party content. No consent banner is therefore displayed. If this changes, this notice and the consent mechanism will be updated before the change goes live.
4. Email contact
The email links on this site open your email application; the website does not send a message automatically. If you choose to email us, we process the sender address, message content and any information you provide to answer the enquiry and, where requested, to take steps before entering a contract. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business communication. Email is hosted through ALL-INKL.COM.
Enquiry data are deleted when the matter is concluded unless a contract, legal retention duty or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires longer, limited retention.
5. Recipients and transfers
Website and email data are processed by ALL-INKL.COM as our hosting provider where required for those services. We do not sell visitor data and do not use this site for cross-context advertising or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. The website itself does not intentionally transfer visitor data to recipients outside the European Economic Area.
6. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for our place of establishment is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony.
For a request, contact service@kalilasoft.de. We may ask for proportionate information to verify identity.
